UK HSBC MT940 imports – has anyone been able to implement?
I am trying to import bank statement MT940 files into NS but receive the following error.
The file upload failed because of an internal error. If you have repeatedly received this error message, contact customer support.
I did install the parser plug-in, added the MT940 as a file format and inserted my account key.
Has anyone had any luck in that integration?

We are having the same – we have been able to import, match and reconcile some of our bank statements from HSBC but for some reason other statement imports are failing. We have the parser plug-in installed and active with MT940 format but still failing on some of our bank accounts.
Doesn’t seem to be logical at all.
Do you have any idea of what else to test or check?
