Weekly reminders using Saved Search
Hi all,
I’m a newbie on Netsuite! I’m trying to create weekly reminders to send emails to employees to approve any outstanding purchase orders using a Transaction Saved Search.
For the Criteria I chose (Status = is PO: Pending Receipt) and I am using the Email subtab to schedule a day and time. Also, I made the saved search public but it still doesn’t work. For the recipient I added the Next Approver.
Any tip on what I might be doing wrong or if i should do something else other than a Saved Search?

Does anything come up on the results page with that Criteria? I’d think you’d want to choose the status – PO Pending Approval as the criteria.
Yes, I do get results back but the emails are not being set.

We used a custom field for purchase approval status as they wanted more than one approval stage but the standard field would work just as well in the criteria section
