View Serial Numbers In Transit

I noticed recently when a transfer order is fulfilled but not yet received, the serial numbers on the fulfillment are not visible under inventory detail on the item record. I assume this is because NetSuite does not consider them belonging to any location since it’s in transit. But this is a visibility problem for the client. It’s hard for them to ascertain the status of a particular serial number if it’s on a TO pending receipt. Any suggestions on how to get around this?
