SuiteCommerce – All Transaction History is not showing

I created a saved search using SuiteScript and it returns 7 results.

But inside SuiteCommerce extension model, I duplicated exactly same code as I used above but it returns 0 result.

I logged in to My account SSP and found out all Transaction Histories (Invoice, SO, Purchase Orders) are gone.

I can still see them in Backend and the script I created previously.

I tried to create a new SO in backend and the result is same.

Any help would be appreciated.

  • If you are getting an error, probably you are in some latest SCA version using a custom ssp app without the 2.0 ssp app created.
  • Check if you get the same result with /sca-src-[your-release-num]
  • Check if you are trying to get transactions from the user logged in or related to a sub contact

In the site’s configuration record, have you set Filter Site > Filter Site Option to “all” ?
