Search Criteria – Name starts with either of multiple words

Hi everyone,
I would like to be able to run a saved item search where it returns any item that has a description starting with “ST ” or “DT ” or “ST+ ” or “DT+ “.
There are other cases where the multiple text variants to search for are completely different. I know I can do multiple searches and combine the export files into one excel file. However, if there is a quicker method that would be great.

Tick the box for “Use Expressions” then use an OR condition.
