Scheduled Report removes formula
Hi
We have created Commission Reports that are scheduled to send to reps on 1st day of each month in Excel.
The commission is a field we created on Customer record. On the report it is a calculation – however when the report gets sent and receiver clicks “Enable Editing” , the formula gets removed and the cells are all 0.
We could send a csv but the xlxs is a neater report.
PDF is a mess so not do-able.
Any idea how to get around this?
