Saved Search Null
Hi, Guys, I have a role called the Sales Rep and I created a search (Troubled Tickets ) which can be seen by all roles except this role. I made the search public and the Sales Rep role can bring the search with no results and no error. All the Other roles can see the search with all the results.
Make sure the role has access to all underlying data, i.e. all the transaction types this search should return. Like if you return Invoices and Credit Memos, make sure this role has at least VIEW access to those types.
