Restrict View (even on List) for “Help Desk” Cases
Hello, quick question.. have anybody implemented using cases for Help Desk internally? We currently use case management for Customer but we are trying also make it available internally for IT, our concern is how to make those cases private to the internal IT team only as many time IT is dealing with confidential information such as terminations, hirings etc

Yes we have been using it for internal purposes. We have created a totally different case form and have restricted to specific users only.
