Question on Weekly timesheet
Hi Team, when trying to submit a weekly timesheet, I’m gettinng the unexpected error as below . Not sure what is missing. When clicking on submit option, I’m unable to submit it. Getting this error. Any idea on this ?
In my experience, it’s because the “Allow Time Entry” checkbox is unchecked, the person isn’t an assigned resource and that has been limited on the project level, or a dependent custom record is causing an issue. (We use contracts, and that error occurs if there’s no active contract period.)
The easiest way to find out is to edit the time entry and save it, which should produce a more descriptive error message.
