PO Approval Workflow is not sending out emails correctly
Hello. I created a PO Approval Workflow based on a standard workflow, the user (Purchasing Manager) creates a PO and automatically kicks off the workflow, which sends it to the Purchasing Approver. The “there is a PO pending approval” email is sent out to the PO creator instead of sending it to the PO Approver. And once the PO has been approved or rejected, the email confirming it was approved (or rejected) is sent out to the Approver instead of the PO creator. The PO workflow history log shows that the emails are sent out to the correct recipient, however, in reality they are sent out incorrectly as explained above. Any suggestions please?

Basically, the problem is that the emails are being sent out “inverted” (the one that should go to the PO Approver when the PO is Pending Approval is sent to the PO Creator, and the one that should be sent to the PO Creator when the PO was Approved or Rejected is sent to the PO Approver).
I’ve tried your workflow in my account, then I encountered a similar problem. I think It’s a bug and you should raise the case to Netsuite support.
