Phone call count on saved search
Hi all – is there a way to create a saved search that counts the number of phone calls logged on a particular lead record by a particular user. I have searches that count total calls made per user across a date range but not by company. I want to be able to pull a report/saved search that tracks lead record with the least amount of calls made against them for example by a specific user. Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.
