Only the 100 most recent results are shown.

If I navigate to a customer record and go to the ‘communication’ tab, then click VIEW HISTORY button. A message history appears. At the bottom of this page is a message that says “Only the 100 most recent results are shown. To see all results, please run a search.”


Do you know if this is hard coded, or is there a setting to adjust the number of results here?

The page you are talking about is not adjustable.  However, from the customer record you can view any message in their entire history… just not in the “view history” format.  you


Click on communication > Messages.  At the top right hand side of the sublist you will see a drop down where you can select pages of their messages.  You can select any message from their entire history, you just have to find the right page of results.  If there is other information from each message that you would like to see in this view. click on the “customize view” button and you can add fields to your sublist.
