Mandatory Fields
Does anyone know why some standard fields cannot be set to make them mandatory? I’m trying to make ‘Bill of Materials’ mandatory but it is greyed out.
Have you tried setting this field mandatory with a workflow?
Yes, this is the workaround I’ve been using but I’m puzzled as to why it’s not allowable in the first place.
