Your post lines up closely with someone on my team, so I wanted to reach out directly rather than send a generic pitch.
Background: Experience in operating finance – full ownership of GL, AP/AR, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close, plus management reporting, cashflow forecasting and budget/forecast cycles. Multi-entity experience with USD and CAD, including intercompany eliminations and inventory.
NetSuite / OneWorld: hands-on experience in a OneWorld environment as a user rather than an implementer – subsidiary structures, multi-currency and consolidated reporting, saved searches and report building. Comfortable working in the system day to day and improving it where it makes sense, but this is an operating finance profile, not a consulting one.
Location and time zone: Ernakulam, India.
Availability: 20 hours/week from next week, ramping to full-time.
Rate: We’ve kept deliberately competitive for a longer-term contract given the remote setup. Happy to structure it as a monthly retainer if that’s easier to budget.
AI/automation: has used multiple platforms to automate reconciliation prep, variance commentary and recurring reporting packs.
On the people side: small-team background, used to being the one finance person a business leans on, and easy to work with.
