Locked Saved Searches
We had a suitesuccess bundle installed which includes a bunch of public saved searches. We don’t want any of these searches to be public, is there any way to update/delete/hide these searches?
Edit the saved searches and update the permissions settings. You can restrict by role, department, or employee.
Hey KAJ710, Unfortunately, when searches and other objects are locked on install, you’re unable to edit the audience without SAVE AS. Meaning even if I create a new search, the original search is still public. See my screenshot:
Do you want to restrict all of the features from the SuiteSuccess bundle or just a select few?
Only way to bypass any locked object is to make copy of it and rename the copied one accordingly.
Hello There. I have the same problem. There are several saved searches installed with the implementation process that are locked as public. Many of them have sensitive information that can’t be share with everyone, so I need to find a way how to edit, delete or hide the locked saved search. Does anyone know how to do that?
I know I can create a copy and restrict the access, but my problem are the locked ones.
