How to Print an Integrated Label

Hi, I have a client using UPS and FedEx and they want to print integrated labels from their thermal printer supplied by RF-Smart. I’ve set the integrated labels on the shipping items. When they go to an item fulfillment and click print label, it downloads a ZPL file, but it never sends the data to the printer. Does anyone know what I need to do to get NetSuite to communicate with the printer?

Using this document (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E60665_01/netsuitecs_gs/NSSIP/NSSIP.pdf) go to page 26 and follow the instructions to create a .bat file. My understanding is you’ll need to do this for every user/computer that requires thermal printing. The .bat will trigger when Netsuite produces/downloads a .zpl file and automatically print to the thermal printer.

If you find a solution more elegant than this without having to add a third party solution, I would be very interested.
