I am trying to add sales order memo (main) to the pick ticket advanced pdf template that prints from a WMS wave. We do not print picking tickets from the sales order itself, we print from the wave.

I’ve added the memo field to the pick ticket saved search and labeled it MEMOMAIN. When I try to add the memo field using WYSIWYG, I see MEMOMAIN but it is grayed out. I’ve tried editing the source code but no luck.

Curious to hear if anyone else has added sales order memos to wave printouts.
