Generate Statement to filter by one subsidiary

I currently have statements that show a customer with primary subsidiary as
Company ……. Balance…….Subsidiary A : Subsidiary B
I want to send email to the customers and only to display one subsidiary based on a filter but the filter also shows both in the filter options. How can this be achieved.

If there are multiple subsidiary is attached to customer then it would show all the subsidiaries. Now you can remove other subsidiaries from the list by defining options for subsidiary restriction in the user roles. These options will allow you to restrict which subsidiaries an user can see, note this have other major implications such will curtail users permeable actions in big way.

Any I am just wondering what is the use case for this, this object is only for your internal use anyway, unless you want to segregate permissions
