Fulfilling/Shipping Multiple SOs together
Situation:
- We have some customers who will ask us to ship one order together with another placed several weeks earlier.
- We have customers who buy in volume with SOs having many items, and many of the same item over each SO. In situations like this, we purchase in bulk for these SOs and when received, the items will go toward fulfilling multiple SOs and will all ship together en masse to this customer.
Question: Is there a way within Netsuite to fulfill multiple SOs together, with one overall fulfillment and integrated shipping process?

It is possible to bulk fulfill multiple sales orders, but not with a single Item Fulfillment. Have you considered adding a custom field to link each IF together?
For example, create a field called “Shipment Batch” and set this to the same value for each IF. The NetSuite side is going to have multiple transactions, but you could use this field to group/consolidate your shipping documentation together.
