Forgot Password SMS message
once the user forgot his password. we need a custom solution to add an SMS Integration and send him OTP. is there a way to trigger after submitting forgot password and already we have a custom API to send the SMS message
You’ll likely need to create a script to call the API, unless there’s a SuiteApp for the SMS service or you have any sort of connector software.
Yes. but what is the record script should be deployed to, so once forgot password clicked or submitted I can fire the script.
