We just hired a Sr. Financial Analyst. We don’t really have a role built for this position so I assigned him the CFO role to start. That has too many permissions granted – does anyone have a good summary of what access to build into a new Sr. Financial Analyst role? This person will kind of be the “glue” between Sales/Supply Chain/Operations/Finance. One key point: we recently outsourced manufacturing to our co-mans so in-house production is slowing to a stop. We do not have Advanced Manufacturing installed. TIA!
