Error Message: Login Access has been Disabled for this Role. After 2024.1 Update

I have two customers that are suddenly getting ‘Login access has been disabled for this role’ when attempting to login using a non-administrator role.  The role is active. And, it seems to have started after the 2024.1 update. Is anyone else getting this error? Any ideas on how to resolve it?

uncheck the restrict by device id box if it is checked

make it inactive then reactivate the role. If that doesn’t work just make a copy of the role and use that. Also make sure UI access is enabled (uncheck web service only)
