we are now running on NetSuite for almost two years and have over 50 enhancements listed to our account. And we do not even use complex features as Stock/WMS/Manufacturing. None of them have been resolved.
I am wondering whether we are the only NetSuite Customer facing this?
Do you mean Enhancement Requests listed amongst your support cases?
If so, this is pretty typical in our experience. Even the most significant of issues tend to only get addressed if thousands of people add the weight of their support. We have things such as screens freezing dating back as far as 2013.

Yeah that’s what I mean. Extremely frustrating that even significant issues are disregarded. Focus seems to be rather on developping new features in order to attract new customers, instead of solving issues the existing custiomer base daily experiences.
I am looking for a way to help NetSuite understand their customer’s requirements better, which in the end is better for both NetSuite as a Company and their customers running their software.
Any customers on this platform who are interested in teaming up on this?
