Editing “Inbound Shipment Receipt” form

We are trying to edit / customize the Inbound Shipment Receipt form but are unable to find it.  Does anyone know where I can access the form in the system (it is not in the Other Record forms list, nor does it have a customize” form option.

I would recommend editing any inbound record and clicking “customize” in the top right.
Do you have any experience pulling landed cost from inbound to item receipt?
