Customer Access from the SandBox Environment possible?
Query: Don’t seem to be able to provide customer access to the Customer Center in my SandBox environment so that I can test out the functionality of our mobile app.
The set-up is the same as in production where it works fine.
Does anyone have any advice?
Did you check out SuiteAnswers Answer ID 72709? Also note per SuiteAnswers Answer ID 68809, that customer center roles don’t carry over in a refresh, you have to manually set them up. Also try it with an actual user (non-customer) login associated with a customer to the same email. It’s been a long time since I played with it, so maybe I’m misremembering, but I vaguely recall having issues when that wasn’t the case. If none of those help, you’ll need to provide some additional details to help troubleshoot, or call NS support, although I’m as loathe to do that as I’m sure you are.
