Consultant experienced with NetSuite’s support center

My company has been using NetSuite since 2016. Now, we are is exploring the use of NetSuite for customer support, utilizing its Support Center, cases, etc.
Can you recommend a consultant who has experience in this area, to assist us from design to go-live?

I can’t reccommend a consultant, but I can reccommend who not to use. Please avoid NetSuite’s in-house implementation teams at all costs. We used their SuiteSuccess team and it has been an actual disaster. They will not configure things for you unless you specificially ask about why something isn’t working right… and the answer is often because they didn’t set it up. I have a whole list of issues that’s tooexhausting to type out, but just avoid the in-house teams. Not sure where you are located, but I’ve heard good things about ScaleNorth but do not have first hand experience with them.
