Closed orders as a Percentage

Hi all,

We are looking to get a save search, report or KPI that would allow us to get total percentage of closed sales orders within the month to date. Each percentage would be based on the different ordering platforms used.

I am struggling to find a way to turn it into a percentage of orders closed. Any thoughts or have you done something similar?

I would take a look at SuiteAnalytics workbooks for this purpose alongside Pivots:

You can do the ff:

Via transaction saved search
1. Define criteria – like type=sales order, date is within this month to date, etc
2. Results – use summary type
  1. Platform | Group
  2. Document Number | Count | Label: Total # of SO
  3. Formula (Numeric) | Sum | Formula: CASE WHEN {status} IN (‘Closed’, ‘Cancelled’) THEN 1 ELSE 0 END /*I assumed you treat Cancelled SO as Closed too*/ | Label: # of Closed SO
  4. Formula (Percent) – Maximum | Formula: SUM(CASE WHEN {status} IN (‘Closed’, ‘Cancelled’) THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)/COUNT({internalid}) | Label: % of Closed SO
