Cash Basis Reporting

I am trying to run a “Comparative Balance Sheet (Cash Basis)”.  I have gone into SetUp-Accounting-Accounting Preferences and checked the “Cash Basis Reporting” box.  Oracle Help Center tells me that the Balance Sheet is a report that does not currently have access to the Cash Basis box.  I tried to create a report in the Report Builder and choose Cash Basis under the More Options page, but there is not an option available to do so.  The Note in the Oracle Help Center says that if the Cash Basis option is not available then it is not a meaningful report.  This is what our accounting firm is requesting and I’m at a loss as to how to get it to them.
