Can not use consultant role

I added consultant role to user (also tried with customized role) but when I tried to choose that role on login, Unexpected error arise. At the same time, after login as administrator role, consultant roles are not shown on View all roles….

Have you asked the user to try using a different browser and/or log out & log back in NetSuite?

Well, mysterious  … I know for issue with new role and logout-clear cache-change browser…. Everything tried, but without success. And now I’ve just tried once again and …. it works. I can login and have Project center…

seems like for some reason access table had some issue, and over time it got corrected. Note that Access and permissions tables are kept in separate DB than the application itself.

It is possible… I didn’t mention that at same time, I couldn’t login with Consultant role on the my Android app ….
