Hi Robert, Assuming you are setting up the Financial / Bank connection for BOA. Try the following –

1. Setup > Accounting > Financial Institution (List option).
2. That should take you to Bank Feeds. If it doesn’t then you would need to download/install the SuiteApp ‘BankFeeds’.
3. Select the View against Bank Feed.
4. Under subtab – Format Profile: Configuration you should see ‘Link Bank Accounts’. The connectivity Method should read ‘US and CA Bank Feeds Connectivity’.  Select the ‘EDIT’ option against that.
5. System will take you to the ‘Format Profile’ page.
6. Under the subtab ‘Connectivity Configuration’ you should see a ‘Connect New Institution’ option. Click on that and a pop-up window should appear. If it doesn’t make sure your pop-up blocker is deactivated for NetSuite.
7. Select BOA and enter your credentials there. On save it should see BOA show up under the listing.
8. You should also be able to see, on the same ‘Format Profile page’ under ‘Account Linking’ subtab, the BOA show up.

Let me know if that solves it. Make sure your role permissions allow access to these setting. Have your NetSuite Admin beside you for support.
