Automatically send email when a case/support ticket has completed 3 hours from his last changed?
Hi,
I want that an email should be auto triggered when a case has completed his 3 hours in a same status from last one.
How can I do this? any help is highly appreciated.

They are based on Saved Search and use an email Template
