Automatically send email when a case/support ticket has completed 3 hours from his last changed?


I want that an email should be auto triggered when a case has completed his 3 hours in a same status from last one.

How can I do this? any help is highly appreciated.

Have you tried Case Alerts at Setup>Support>Case Alerts (Beta)? SuiteAnswer ID: 99915  Setting up a Case Alert on Support Cases & SuiteAnswer ID: 62959 Case Alerts on Support Cases

They are based on Saved Search and use an email Template
