Audit of Time Sheet Entry changes ?


I am trying to create a saved search on “Time” sheet entries to audit if the hours of an employee were changed and who made that change (Approver/PM) and on which date (last modified), what was the original hour entered and  what is the new/changed hour duration?

However, when selecting the fields from the list during  saved search creation, I couldn’t find any option or fields for selection from system_notes table in the list. It only shows workflow_history related fields.

I also tried creating SQL query using NetSuite ODBC to join employee_time with system_notes table but with no luck; since there’s no common link (field’s) between these two tables.

Please suggest/recommend.
