RE: Unable to process any orders
Is anyone else experiencing issues with NetSuite this morning? We are encountering a slew of vague and unhelpful errors along the lines of “Undefined error”, etc. Wondering if this is related to a 3rd party system we use or if it’s NetSuite. I don’t see anything on the status page or downdetector that would indicate it’s NetSuite.
It’s related to a test that NetSuite is doing to “prepare” us for the 2021.2 deprecation of SHA1 signatures for Token Based Authentication. It’s a 24 hour shutoff where only SHA256 will work.
There will be another test in (apparently mid-) July for 72 hours. NS has yet to officially confirm the dates.
An email was sent to the Authorized Contact on the NS account (Look in Support : Account Management). This is often the accounting department.
