RE: Shortcut won’t save to Shortcuts

Have a user who is trying to save a report to her shortcuts. She goes through the motions of saving but it never shows up on her Shortcut portlet.

Any ideas why this might be happening. We did clear browser cache and tried a different browser, but same results

Have you tried creating the shortcut manually using the report URL in the shortcut portlet? It will then show up under the shortcut list (star icon). That should resolve the issue. Let me know if this works!
