RE: Sales order to Invoice Problem
Hello all, we are seeing a really weird thing happening with our minimum order fee. SOMETIMES when a SO converts to an invoice, it’s changing the “discount” from a percentage to a flat fee. Been trying to figure it out for a week. Was wondering if anyone had a thought of somewhere I could look..
Are you doing partial billing? We see funny business when issuing partial invoices.
We do do partial billing, but the orders in question were definitely fully billed.
