RE: Mobile Web Browser > Difficulty When Doing Data Entry

Hi expert,

Some of My customers have a trouble when they use Netsuite on mobile web broswer.

When they cann’t enter/have difficulty entering value into record on Mobile web. ( I attach video when My customers enter value).

I’m not sure this is Error’s Netsuite, because I don’t have this trouble, but I don’t know reason why some of customers have trouble with it.

I tried :

clearing cacherestart phone, try different web browsers , set ‘Request Desktop Site’ , or check any plugins that may have caused the concern.

Does anyone know the cause and how to fix it?

There are a few things that could be causing the difficulty entering values into a record on the NetSuite mobile web browser.

One possibility is that the customer is using an unsupported browser. NetSuite supports the following mobile browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Safari
  • Firefox
  • Edge
