Mobile Web Browser > Difficulty When Doing Data Entry
Some of My customers have a trouble when they use Netsuite on mobile web broswer.
When they cann’t enter/have difficulty entering value into record on Mobile web. ( I attach video when My customers enter value).
I’m not sure this is Error’s Netsuite, because I don’t have this trouble, but I don’t know reason why some of customers have trouble with it.
I tried :
clearing cache, restart phone, try different web browsers , set ‘Request Desktop Site’ , or check any plugins that may have caused the concern.
Does anyone know the cause and how to fix it?
