RE: How the location can be changed in Work Order Issuance Transaction

Hi All,

I need to issue components against a work order from a location other than Work order Location. I tried to issue components with UI as well, but its not giving me option to change the location over there, system is just picking and location from WO and showing the location and issue components from the WO location only.

You mean to say we cannot change/select inventory location at the time issuance.

But is there any setting or work around to issue components from desired location ?

I meant you can’t change location on the WO for the component items. However, as per SuiteAnswers 27935, you can select location while issuing the components that means you should be able to change the location. Can you check if the right subsidiary is selected for the location you want to use?
