RE: display printed pick ticket status as a column in a saved search
Is there a way to display the pick ticket status in a saved search? I have a search that shows all orders pending fulfillment and I’d like to see which ones have had the pick ticket printed and which have not.
Yes! There is a way. You should have a saved search shortcut already programmed in the system to help you print multiple picking tickets/sales orders/invoices/statements etc. Go to:
Transactions tab
Management
Print Checks & Forms
Select: Picking Tickets
From there you can customize the fields. I added the company name as a filter so you can narrow down the fulfillment records by customer.
I know that part. Now imagine you went through that process and printed pick tickets. It is 5 pm. How do you know which pick tickets didn’t ship?
