RE: Using ALA and Workflow
We currently have the lion’s share of orders through the FARRapp connector. How can I have a workflow to do some order processing on all orders that come this way?
I need to do two things.
- Change the ALA configuration.
- Make sure that ALA runs on the orders.
I have made a test Workflow that should update the memo field on all orders over a particular quantity, but it is not adding that memo.

Hi,
You’re looking at Total here but the workflow is running Before Record Load on Create. At this stage there will be nothing on the record and 0 Total.
You should consider updating the Trigger Types to Before Record Submit.
