RE: Upload User Notes to a Vendor Record
I’m stumped!
I want to upload any notes we have attached to our vendors in our present system (SAGE100) into NetSuite in the user notes under the communications subtab. I’ve tried several different csv import mappings with no luck.
Am I reading the following (SuiteAnswers article 9994) correctly, notes can only be imported to customer& contact records?
You’re correct that the standard CSV import in NetSuite allows notes to be imported only for customer and contact records, as mentioned in SuiteAnswers article 9994. Unfortunately, vendor notes cannot be directly imported via CSV into the communications subtab.
