RE: Unexpected error has occurred CSV Import
I am trying to import vendors records with a csv import, UTF-8 encoding.
But I keep getting the error of “an unexpected error has occurred”. Anyone knows how to fix this and finish the import?
All lines are with this error.
I’ve never seen this issue before. I’d recommend:
- Try resaving the file again. Sometimes CSV files can be quirky.
- Remove any non-required fields and try to isolate the issue that way.
Unfortunately, the CSV import tool isn’t always helpful in telling you what is wrong.
