RE: Trying to source someone with both strong Suitecommerce Advanced & Suitescript skills?

I’m currently facing a challenge that I believe many of you might have valuable insights on. Our company is in the process of a NetSuite integration, which includes the implementation of SuiteCommerce Advanced for our e-commerce needs. Additionally, we’re seeking individuals with strong SuiteScript skills to help us customize and extend our NetSuite capabilities.
While we understand the value of these skill sets, we’re finding it really challenging to identify professionals who have both SuiteCommerce Advanced and SuiteScript expertise. They can be based in the USA, UK or Ireland and work from home full time. As we navigate this search, I wanted to reach out to this knowledgeable community to seek guidance and recommendations. It is hugely appreciated.
Is this netsuite combination of skills very rare?

I don’t think it’s “rare” to find the combination. Many developers and admins have SS experience with 1.0, 2.0, 2.1, etc. that also have experience with SuiteCommerce advanced. I have both developers and admins on my team that do have experience in both. We have an e-commerce platform that we developed some custom scripting for their instance.
