RE: Removing SO# from subject
Hello,
We use Magento for our site and they have a different order # than Netsuite but when we tried to enable emails for order confirmation but the subject for the email has the SO# from netsuite. Is there a way to remove SO# from the subject line? We tried email preferences and creating a template so far.
We have found this not to be possible to modify, with other transaction types/emails. I would recommending reaching out to NetSuite Support, just in case, but I wouldn’t count on a positive response.
