RE: Notes on Customer Record to Display on Sales Order
I have a custom field on a customer record with specific notes that relate to sales for that customer. I would like the result/text from this field to display on the sales order form in a different colour and bold. I did have this working using Inline HTML field type but it seems that 2021.1 release changed something and this no longer works. Any help on how to do this would be much appreciated.
Are you wanting the formatting in the UI or the printed output?
I am wanting in the UI for then the sales people are entering the sales order
