RE: Netsuite CRM Overlays for PC & Mobile
So… As I am going through this whole process of reviewing the customer center (which, thanks to y’all, really does look like the best option for our company), I have come to the conclusion that setting up a website & mobile app to act as an access point and overlay for these functions is the best idea.
As I am sure you all are aware, the current Customer Center is not user friendly at all for the non NS savvy and has no functionality for the mobile community at all.
I believe that my next step has to be working with a developer to come up with a website set-up that we can utilize to integrate with our NS, current websites and develop mobile application.
Does that strike y’all as the correct approach?
If so, I will shortly be asking for references for developers so that I can put together a proposal for our Ownership Board to consider.

When you say “develop mobile application”, are you looking to create a new mobile app from scratch that integrates with your NetSuite account? Or you just want the customers to be able to access their account through a browser that can be done through mobile?
What abilities do you want your customers to do in that app?
My company is a development company but we work best when there are clear and defined requirements from the Client.

At this point it is basically everything that is available to the customers through the Customer Center. I suspect that there will be further added moving forward.
I will have a better idea when I meet with the BD heads this week.
