RE: Multiple Sales Unit of Measures
Do you know if Netsuite allows setting up multiple sales units of measures for an item?
Example: Sell gloves by PAIR, by DOZEN or by CASE.
We want the sales UM to match the UM the customer is using on their PO or payment will be delayed.
In my former 2 ERP systems (SAP and Infor), it allowed setting them up and defining the quantities in each to the stocking UM (PAIR=1 PAIR, DOZEN = 12 PAIR, CASE = 120 PAIR.
It also allowed us to assign a barcode to each item UM.
I am speaking of creating multiple selling units of measure so packing slips and invoices reflect the UM customers have on their purchase orders.
Otherwise, it creates a receiving and invoice payment issue/delay.
