RE: Multiple Customers on one payment
I have a customer who sent in a check to cover his invoice and that of his daughter. They are 2 seperate customer accounts. How can I apply this correctly to show just one payment.
Hahaha, oh man, that is NetSuite dad-joke gold. You need to setup a parent-child relationship 😉 so you can do consolidated payments. Check out “Consolidated Payments” SuiteAnswers ID 9104. Either that or just credit the daughter and then re-create the invoice for the dad, but that’s way less funny.
