I’m not sure if this applies to your specific scenario, but Netsuite only supports online editing on searches filtered to the mainline. Not transaction rows.

The steps in the linked article are definitely the ones I would have suggested. I’ve done this several times in the past without issue, so I know that it works if configured correctly.
Perhaps you can provide screenshots of the custom record and the related subrecord?

Hi, I worked it out. The field ‘Show in List’ was set to ‘No’, when I set it to ‘Yes’, it worked. Thanks for replying.
