RE: Inactive transaction form – still in use
Hello,
We have a new PO form which is
- set active
- linked to the Custom Roles that are to use that Form
And
- inactivated the previous form
- also removing the initially set access roles, on that form
- removing any linked forms, on that form
But still, for some users, the inactive form is being applied. Also after clear Cache of their web browser.
We have several custom roles, but it happens for certain users (user specific – rather than Role specific)
The “old form” is really incative: when editining the transaction that has the “old form”as an admin, selecting the new for, the old form cannot be selected anymore.
–netSuite Support fails to investigate and respond adequatly– So hoping that anyone here has an explanaition?
